CAST Café is based in the heart of Helston in the CAST building on Penrose Road. The regularly changing menu is comprised of seasonal, locally-sourced produce cooked in a distinct and flavourful way. The Café is fully licensed, offering a selection of organic wines, beers and ciders.

Breakfast is served from 10am to 11:30am, and lunch from 12pm to 2pm.
