CAST Café is based in the heart of Helston at the historic CAST building on Penrose Road. The Café opened in May 2018, after extensive refurbishment to the building, including the addition of a new outside terrace area. The Café is fully licensed and open five days a week. In addition to the Café’s regular opening hours, do look out for details of cultural events organised by CAST and by the Café, including screenings, workshops, and more.

Pay and display car parking is available at Wendron Street Car Park and Trengrouse Way Car Park. CAST Café is immediately adjacent to Wendron Street Car Park and is a 5–10 minute walk away from Trengrouse Car Park.

A number of buses stop at Seven Stars/Blue Anchor on Market Place in Helston, which is just 5 minutes from the Café.
