This month we are thrilled to announce that our new Chef, Charlie, has helped with producing a menu inspired by his Welsh background.
To start:
Cracer bara lawr, cregyn gleision, marchruddygl, crème fraîche ac picls tŷ (Laver bread crackers, mussels, horseradish crème fraîche and house pickles)
Main:
Croquette Morgannwg, cennin lacto a garlleg gwyllt (Glamorgan croquette, lacto leeks, wild garlic)
Cawl oen, saws lemwn a persli gyda llysiau tymhorol (Lamb cawl, lemon parsley sauce and seasonal veg)
Pudding:
Bara Brith gyda hufen iâ wisgi Penderyn a rhesin (Barabrith with Penderyn whisky and raison ice cream)
