Chef Mollie Goldstrom’s menu for our first Feast Night in over a year celebrates the wonderful local produce bursting forth from the soil following the annual ‘hunger gap’, with much of it sourced from chef Awen’s market garden near Cury, and menu flourishes emerging from Mollie’s passion for pickling, preserving and making delights such as fresh ricotta. Places are limited so early booking highly recommended.
