The Greek word for Spring is Άνοιχη, which can be loosely translated as ‘Opening’.  So, as the weather opens up, and on the day that the Vernal Equinox signals the beginning of astronomical Spring, join us for a sociable evening of simple, hearty Greek-inspired food and drink.
